One Piece review

Posted : 5 years ago on 16 June 2013 08:38 (A review of One Piece)

This book is totally for every age, gender, species, etc. Once you start to read it you WILL NOT be able to put it down, it is that interesting and fun. As you read it you truly feel like you can accomplish anything and that it's okay to follow your dreams. I recommend this book to anyone and everyone who can truly appreciate a good story line when they come across one, and to anyone who is just getting into reading manga, this is definitely a great series to start with, although it'll be hard to find one you'll like as much as this one.

The Purge (2013) review

Posted : 5 years ago on 9 June 2013 02:59 (A review of The Purge (2013))

I'm way too sensitive to these kinds of movies, I cried at the beginning and when the violence started. Mostly because there were people cheering in the audience, and all I could think was how someone could want to hurt let alone kill another human being. And then when I walked out of the theater, there were people saying how cool it was and that it should happen. I feel like a lot of people missed the message beneath everything, that the value of a human life is incomparable to anything, and being rich and well-educated does not always mean that you are a good person. I don't know, that's just something I got from the movie.
But the acting was good, and it definitely had suspense, I personally just disliked it.

Life Is Beautiful (1997) review

Posted : 5 years, 1 month ago on 4 May 2013 01:28 (A review of Life Is Beautiful (1997))

This movie is truly one of the most amazing films I've ever seen. The actors did a fanominal job, I laughed with them, I cried with them, I smiled with them, and I frowned with them. If you're ever feeling like life isn't worth living, or you're going through a tough time, watch this movie, and by the end you'll be saying that life is beautiful.
